ANTI-SLAVERY POLICY STATEMENT
Modern slavery is a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, forced and compulsory labor and human trafficking, all of which deprive a person’s liberty to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. This statement is made by “Bahwan CyberTek.” pursuant to Section 54 (1) of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015. Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.
We are committed to acting ethically, integrally, and transparently in every business dealing, putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.
BCT operates on several internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. Our privacy policy and cookie policy ensure the data security of our clients and customers.
BCT operates a supplier policy with a preferred supplier list. Before allowing suppliers to be added to this list, we conduct due diligence through online searches to ensure that the particular organization has never been convicted of offenses relating to modern slavery [and where required, on-site audits which include a review of working conditions]. Our antislavery policy forms part of our contract with all suppliers which they are required to confirm that no part of their business operations contradicts this policy.
